Washmart is premium laundry & dry cleaning brand in India spread across multiple cities with 50+ stores. As a part of the service, we do support all laundry, dry cleaning, wet cleaning, sofa cleaning, ironing, and wash & fold services at affordable prices.

As a consumer you download the app, register using your phone number. After OTP verification, you will be able to access the app to order the services.

After providing your area PIN code, you will be navigated to the store near by location. Raise a pickup request using the pickup icon, by selecting services, date and time slot, your location address. Our rider comes to your door step, collect all your garments, feed them into the mobile app. He gives both digital copy and physical copy of the bill as confirmation that he is picking up the garments.

Rider takes the garments to our service location, and get them service according to the timeline promised. Once the service is done, he gets all the garments back to your location. You can verify them, pay online. In the whole process you can even check the status of the order, or communicate with the store team for any questions / clarifications. Also, business communicate you with the latest updates / offers through either SMS or push notifications.

As customer, you can give the feedback about the whole experience in the app after your garments are received. That helps the business in improving the service.
