App Store Description
WatchForce is an Apple Watch application that records motion data on the Apple Watch for up to 60 seconds.
If you do not have an Apple Watch running WatchOS 5.0 or greater with an iPhone paired to your watch then this app is not for you. This app isn't useful on an iPad because iPad can not pair with an Apple Watch.
WatchForce integrates with the Health app by reading heart rate information during the motion data recording session.
You should not do things that might damage your Apple Watch. Follow the directions for uses and care of your Apple Watch provided by Apple.
WatchForce does not automatically detect events. For example, if you are working out on a punching bag Watch Force does not identify when you punched the bag. WatchForce simply records the motion data and displays it on a paired iPhone.
WatchForce records motion data from an Apple Watch and sends the data to a paired iPhone.
The iPhone app allows you to see and interact with the data. You can select data points that you identify as significant and you can see the value of the data and the time between the selected data points.
