Drinking water in good health means many aspects. The quality of water and how much it drinks every day is considered healthy. Thirst is a manifestation of a slight loss of water in the body. The average person consumes 2000-2500 ml of water per day, and the body can oxidize 300 ml of water, so the daily water should be 2200 ml, including the water content in the diet. In the summer, the daily water supply is about 3000 ml to meet the needs of the human body.
