WCTE2021

The official World Conference on Timber Engineering 2021 app for registered participants and authors. This 12th version of the event is hosted by Chile in a virtual format with a new and innovative program. In this app you will find all the presentations accepted for this conference, oral and e-poster, on-demand, to watch as many times as you like without the time zone differences. Also, you will be able to access the live event that will take place between August 9th and 12th, 2021.

The live event will consist of one keynote lecture every day, for which you will have the opportunity to ask direct questions to our experts through a live chat. The keynote speakers for this WCTE 2021 are:
• Helen Goodland on the topic of public policies and how they can promote timber construction and sustainability.
• John Moore on the topic of Sustainable Forest for Lumber Production.
• Hermann Kaufmann and Stefan Winter talking about the interdisciplinary work between engineering and architecture.
• Alejandro Aravena on the topic of Timber Architecture.

Furthermore, during these four days, you will also have access to all our roundtables for discussions, for which you will be able to join the discussion or ask questions to our panelists through a live chat.

Additionally, throughout August 9th to 12th, we will be streaming technical talks from our Sponsors, where a staff from the company will be able to answer all your questions on the new services, products, and technologies that are being developed in the timber construction field.
