What is a geofence? A geofence is a virtual perimeter, defined by GPS technology, that enables software to trigger a response when your mobile device enters or leaves a predetermined area surrounding your local pet facility. When you enter the geofence area, We Fetch will auto-populate a text message, and all you need to do is click send to notify the facility that you’ll be there soon!

1) To receive We Fetch notifications on your lock screen, you must have your location
settings set to “Always.”
2) We Fetch cannot access your location if your phone is in Low Power Mode.
