WE THE CURIOUS

Brought to you by The Curious Boys & Girls Club, We The Curious is a growing community of creatives, led by two black British- Caribbean dads, Gordon and Cory, who care about men and their wellbeing.

Reaching out to other dads and lads, across the region, we will use music, podcasting, fashion, movement, meditation, visual art, and the outdoors to build relationships and build out isolation.

We defy stereotypes and look to partner with individuals and organisations who seek to do the same. Our values of wellbeing and community guides everything we do and we particularly care about building relationships with Black men. That said we believe men, women, boys, and girls from all diverse backgrounds working together are the future and this is only achieved through shared learning and understanding of ourselves, each other, and the curious world we live in.

We are partnering with Coventry City of Culture Trust as we celebrate the year as UK city of Culture for 2021 we are working to build a cultural programme that reflects Coventry, its people, and its ambitions for the future. We are a diverse, modern city which is re-imagining the role culture can play in bringing people together. Coventry is a city of welcome, a city of activists and pioneers, a city of peace and reconciliation, a city of innovation and invention, a City of Culture.
