WeHire (www.wehire.net) is an internet, cloud computing and PC-mobile app synchronized software-as-a-service (SaaS) recruitment management system developed by Shanghai SaaSoft Co., Limited in 2016. The system provides two user interfaces: institutional and individual. Institutional users would be able to post jobs at www.wehire.net and manage their recruitment process; intermediate institutional users such as headhunters may also use it to manage their clients as an added function. Individual users would be able to search jobs posted at www.wehire.net as well as creating, editing and managing their personal profiles.

In addition to combining key features of traditional internet recruitment portals and critical functions of recruitment process management tools, WeHire provides many value-added services. In comparison to traditional internet recruitment portals that would charge fees for posting jobs and download applications, WeHire institutional users can post unlimited jobs and download applications for free.
