WeightCare ONE

The WeightCare One app connects you with your wellness plan from WeightCare. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a WeightCare patient, you will receive the specific content of your wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider. Communicate with WeightCare in real time through personal journals and direct private messages.

This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories expended and other parameters directly with the app.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for WeightCare patients and you can't use the app unless you're a patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. WeightCare uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
