What is it about?
A mobile application within Agility APAC to make it easier to report unsafe acts and unsafe conditions within the region. This application is built to support Agility APAC's Target Zero objective. The application is able to identify location based the smart phone location and all the reports would be sent to the to the HSSE person of the country/ facility automatically. The application is a Close loop process, where the initiator receives email informing on closure and the action taken.
