In order to most effectively provide, recommend, prescribe and facilitate care, we examine an individual’s overall well-being. This type of care stems from assessing and addressing the full spectrum of an individual’s needs, and requires a person-centered, recovery-oriented, trauma-informed approach built on the cornerstone that every individual is valuable, has purpose, and gifts and talents that are uniquely theirs.
