WeSpeak - Your voice matters

WeSpeak is a radical platform that injects transparency and accountability into company customer service and political campaigns. WeSpeak turns your complaint into a competition.

Users will be able to lodge complaints – or "Speaks" – that appear on the public WeSpeak page of any given elected official, political organization or company. Any organization can reach out to any user and try to bid for their business or vote, democratizing the corporate and political world forever.

The "Speak" remains there until the user is satisfied enough to press a "resolved" button. The longer a Speak goes unresolved, it translates into a publicly visible brand performance score, which reduces the more complaints go unaddressed.

These will be visible at www.dotheylisten.net, and are there to give customers and voters power to impact the brands of large companies who deny them a voice in the marketplace.

If WeSpeak users are Speaking to politicians or companies about the same topic, it gets featured on the app's "crisis" page, incentivizing the organization to fix it!

WeSpeak encourages direct competition between large corporate entities like banks and airlines that face little external market competition.
