WheelsOnWheels (WOW) is a product designed for complanies providing Road Side Assistance (RSA). The product handles lifecycle of bookings received till delivery of the vehicle to dealer.
The app will assist drivers through various stages of the booking. Drivers will take necessary photographs & videos as an documentary evidence. Time of various stage of Booking is maintained & made available to management for client responses.
Management users can add, edit & monitor various bookings across all branches. All users receives notifications as per configurations to take appropriate actions.
Client users can monitor their bookings with live location tracking.
