App Store Description

This motivational app is based on a brand new psychological method for beating procrastination. By using this app you will be quickly able to turn moments of procrastination into moments of fulfilled life without any discomfort.

How it works?

1.) App lets you design your personalized motivational slideshow by combining motivational pictures and quotes. You can choose from a selection of motivational content already in the app or easily add your own.

2.) You set a timer for when and how often during the day you want to receive notifications. When you tap on the notification, your personalized motivational slideshow will start playing.

3.) This will motivate you for at least a few moments. Before motivation fades out, the app will provide you with some instructions based on a new psychological method to help you turn these few moments of motivation into moments of action.

A lot of the time, procrastination is just about being unable to start with the task. Once we’ve begun, we often realize the task itself is not that hard and that nothing bad is happening to us. Just the opposite, we actually enjoy the fact that we’re doing something productive! 

The more you use the app by watching motivational material and then reading short mental instructions, the more you will turn times of procrastination into moments of flow state and the more you will live a fulfilled life.
