App Store Description

Until now, a person’s Letter of Wishes has been restricted to the written word but Will Wishes is about to revolutionise this process by combining words with imagery. The Will Wishes App allows the benefactor to not only describe their asset they wish to bequeath but to also photograph it so there can be no confusion in identifying the item.

Of course you may wish over time to change your Letter of Wishes and our App could not make it easier to make those changes. Over time you will no doubt make decisions to either add to your main assets or possibly dispose of some of them. We have made the App to be as user friendly as possible to make additions or remove items from your photographic inventory of assets. Therefore, at any point, you can contact us or your solicitor to make these changes for you (or you can do it yourself).

Once the time arrives for your Letter of Wishes to be enacted upon you will have the piece of mind of knowing you have left clear instructions on who should receive your prized possessions. You will also have the comfort of knowing there can be no confusion surrounding those assets bearing in mind a clear description and photographs are provided in your Letter of Wishes of each asset.

Your solicitor (Trustee) will also be involved in the process to ensure your bequeathed items are accepted and delivered to the right person. Your solicitor will oversee the distribution of your belongings and each identified recipient will provide proof of ID and sign your Letter of Wishes upon receiving their bequeathed item(s).
