As a countermeasure Windbag was created in the 1970's.
Windbag gives you (from 1000 different combinations) a random and completely meaningless combination of 3 words.
Windbag helps you to make these meetings more fun again.

At any given moment, just throw a phrase into the meeting, e.g.: "I would at least like to guide the change processes normatively...".
100% chance that the others do not understand what you are saying. Before they realise that you're actually saying nothing, you throw in the next one!
The effect is that the quality of the meetings will drastically improve and become more efficient...
