WinOrLose is an instant advice platform that allows anyone who thinks they might have a legal case to get instant advice from attorneys on the merits of their claims. Likewise, it can be used by anyone facing legal challenges to get advice on the merits of their defenses.

Why Use it?

Instead of calling and meeting one attorney and getting one opinion, users can post their case and get the opinions of multiple attorneys at once. Non-attorney users also chime-in, giving users a sense of how potential jurors might rule, for them or against them.

Well, in addition to being useful to people with legal disputes, the app is fun. When you're waiting for your sandwich, you can play judge and rule on real legal cases! Why should Judge Judy have all the fun?

How Much Does It Cost?

It’s free to post one case per week. It’s also free to decide on other’s cases and provide rationales for your decisions.

You can boost your post for $4.99. Boosting your case post allows you to get around the one case per week limit. It also allows you to include more information, including documents, and gives your case preference in app’s feed algorithm, so you get more feedback.

Attorneys can also boost their rationale so their rationale appears before non-boosted rationales. But for the most part it’s free.
