This on-demand self-paced app is not simply about mindfulness — it allows you to learn the ‘why’ and ‘how’ of different practices and apply them towards clear goals in the workplace.

Just download the app, login with your company's username and password, and you'll have access to hundreds of guided practices. Transform a vacant office or unused office space into a mindfulness zone!

PLEASE NOTE: You must have an existing Wise@Work Kiosk account to use this app.

All the practices are specifically designed to fit into the workday, with multiple sessions an hour ranging from 5-20 minutes long.Key topics include stress reduction, resilience, emotional intelligence, mindful leadership, healthy lifestyle and habit design, connection and communication, and presentation skills.
