It can control HVAC, lighting and plug load controllers in buildings, as well as obtain readings from sensors and power meters. Additionally this can communicate with building rooftop solar PV, energy storage units, gas and water flow meters in the building. WiseBldg allows buildings to be grid-interactive and can facilitate participation in demand response programs and frequency regulation services.
