Breathwork is voluntarily controlling our breathing patterns to induce a deep state of calm and focus. Wombat is the only trauma-informed and neuroscience based breathwork and meditation iPhone app. It was designed by psychologists to create a safe space for you to release tension and return to the present.

Whether you’re learning breathwork fundamentals, dropping into somatic release, or deep diving into sensory meditation, Wombat is for everyone - even if you’ve never meditated before. There are 75 soothing sessions to explore from seven different instructors. Wombat was created by a community of psychologists, mindfulness experts and neuroscientists in Australia.

Inside Wombat, you’re held by our community of psychologists and mindfulness experts as they take you on a journey to sleeping better, stressing less, breathing deeper, and feeling lighter in both your body and mind.
SAFE SPACE
Come as you are. There’s no need for lotus pose or staying composed. This is a space where you can let it all go. Do Wombat in your pjs, at your desk, in your car or at the beach. Ahhh, much better.
