App Store Description

Procrastination is a common trap to fall into in our digital age. Work Sprint was created to help you get more productive when working.

Research on the Pomodoro technique shows that regular and short breaks between sprints of work helps people get more productive. With regular breaks you get to do your procrastination within a limited amount of time, allowing you to fully focus on your work during your sprints.

According to the research, optimal sprint lengths are 20-30 minutes, with breaks of 5-10 minutes.

If you use the free version of Work Sprint, you will be able to work with optimal sprint and break lengths. Sometimes you only have an hour to work, and setting up your own schedules is favourable over the recommended time intervals. With the Pro Version of Work Sprint, you will be able to set the sprint and break lengths yourself.
