What is it about?

By releasing the app to nearby local markets and restaurants, we are planning to empower the homeless and impoverished families through this app through three key procedures. By utilizing the GeoLocation Feature, our app incorporates a location-tracking capability which showcases nearby accessible Food Drives, Clothing Drives, Soup Kitchens as well as Nonprofit Hospitals, making users aware of the ample expedients at hand. Individuals below the poverty line can access over one thousand nonprofit hospitals, one hundred soup kitchens and one hundred clothing drives based on their location. By opening pathways to resources obscure, Alleviate abets a more accommodating climate for those deprived. While the users are not only limited. An important factor in the development of our application was human motivation. Alleviate does not solely rely on the aid of churches and food donations, but encourages the help of further volunteers. We embrace the fact that motivation could lead to a bigger change in the world. Alleviate provides rewards to users, as a means of appreciation, for completing activities that help necessitous families.
