What is it about?
The WSMarshals App will provide marshals serving as volunteers at the Western & Southern ATP Tennis Tournament the ability to review their schedule, checkin at the tournament site on the day of their shift, communicate with the Control center in case they cannot make their assigned shift or are running late for the shift, and chat with the Control center for any questions, requests or clarification. The app will also allow marshal to check and confirm that they are at their assigned posts and get realtime notifications and updates to their assigned posts.
