Xpress Station Mobile is a handy tool that stays at the hand of the customer service manager to follow up the feed back coming from the customers on the go. The app will list all comments coming from all sources into his/her mobile, the manager can react on the fly by calling or texting the guest.
Xpress Station Mobile will receive notifications from the Xpress Station System when ever there is a new comment from a customer that requires an immediate intervention.
By using Xpress Station Mobile, the customer service manager can also convert any incoming comment into a new complaint, new suggestion or even a new compliment.
