Xubri Subtraction provides practice for the subtraction facts 0 - 0 through 18 - 9 at a pace that is customized to individual needs through adaptive practice sessions. The problems are presented in ways that harness the most recent research in cognitive psychology related to learning and memory. Individual progress is stored on the device, and students can pick up right where they left off after the last practice session.

Xubri Subtraction is designed to work well in classroom settings. Multiple students can set up accounts on the same device. Individual practice sessions are silent, avoiding classroom distraction. And, because practice problems are carefully chosen for each student, even just a few minutes of practice a day can yield gains. Finally, the time practiced over the last five days is recorded, so students can monitor if they've been consistently putting in adequate practice time.

Students who improve their mastery of subtraction facts can see improvements in other math tasks, too.
