Y2CONNECT was originally developed under Project Connect Baltimore that is dedicated to improving the health of adolescents and young adults. Project Connect Baltimore is funded by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC 1H25PS003796) and the Secretary’s Minority AIDS Initiative Fund.
