'Yes' or 'No'

There are times in life that seem to demand a 'Yes' or 'No' answer when there is no logical reason for choosing one instead of the other.
'Yes' or 'No' produces a random 'Yes' or 'No' response when the screen is tapped. The chance of getting a 'Yes' can be changed using the 'up' and 'down' arrows. To keep the app functional but easy to use the following percentages can be selected: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100. When the app loads the chance of a 'Yes' is set at 50%, after that any changes are kept until the app is quit.
