YouCent app is aimed to help people exchange goods and services without using money but just promising the value instead. We use IOU concept and simply putted facilitate the debt exchange service with no conversion to any fiat money at any point.

And even more simple explanation is going to be as follows. Imagine the small village very long time ago when no banks and no money existed. People were just exchanging goods with strangers from other villages and for locals a simple word or promise was enough. I could get a bunch of carrots from Joe today and promise to give him a few eggs next week (because I ran out of those now). We could remember all of this in our heads... We could write it down... But eventually all of this became not so easy to implement, and this is how we got money as most simple means of exchange. But now, with today technology, we can simply come back to the very efficient, legal and independent way of tracking each other debts, cancel those out, and moving from hands to hands while exchanging goods and services without money. We can be free from any bank systems. We can trust each other again. And technology makes it possible for the global village and even people who never met each other!
