Your Workout Helper is a tool that helps you track your body parameters, keep a convenient workout diary, and participate in various challenges either on your own, with friends, or even publicly with other app users.

You can also track parameters and workouts for two people, such as your children. This way, you can monitor the growth and training of your family. Additionally, the app is completely safe for any family member, as it uses artificial intelligence (AI) to check user avatars for compliance with the rules and while using the chat within competitions. In competitions, every user has the ability to block another user.

The app includes a BMI (Body Mass Index) calculator, where you can calculate this parameter. It is also automatically calculated and added to your parameters table each time you add a new weight entry.

Challenges in the app are the best way to motivate yourself to new achievements, as the main goal of the challenges is to help you become stronger both physically and mentally. You can create not only exercise challenges, such as doing push-ups every day or achieving a large number of squats, but also willpower challenges, such as not consuming sugar for a week.

If you want to share a challenge with someone, the Competitions section will be your aid. Here, you can team up with friends or any users of the YWH app to overcome a specific challenge together. This way, you can feel supported in perhaps the most challenging task – competing with yourself.
