開始ボタンで計測開始（開始時刻は記録）
終了ボタンで計測終了（終了時刻は記録）
なにをやったのか入力で記録
→スプレッドシートに自動転機
→毎日の記録が自動で「old」シートに転機されて、その日のシートはリセット
ができます！
