Youth Track Manager

This application assists youth track team coaches, team parents and their assistants by performing the time consuming paperwork associated with meet day organization. The app allows coaches to collect athlete's requested event participation throughout the week and creates the athlete participation grid and event participant reports. These two reports are presented with season or personal records. This enables coaches to quickly organize athletes based upon performance history during the meet day check-in process.

The grid and event athlete list can be shared or distributed to the assistant coaches and team parents in either electronic or paper form. The teams event sign-up list can be shared with the team to validate that their requested participation is correct.

As meets run, online results are published by the race timing providers. These results are collected across the athletic conference and published to conference web sites and sent to collection sites such as athletic .net. This data is used to show accurate, up to date record information for each registered athlete.
