Group Chats
You can send chat messages to all guests on the event as long as they have the app installed.

Calendar Integration
Zapplan can integrate directly with a calendar of your choice.
You can also select multiple calendars to show in the built-in Zapplan calendar viewer. If you receive an event that clashes with another in your calendar, Zapplan can also alert you of this before you respond.

Multi-platform Support
You can send events to any of your contacts as long as they have a valid phone number and a smart phone. If your guest does not have the app installed, they'll receive a text message with a web-link where they can view event details and RSVP.

Custom Groups
You can easily create a group of contacts, which lets you quickly send events to friends you regularly meet up with.

Offline Capabilities
Once you have received and downloaded your events, you can view all details of these events even if you lose connection. If you create an event whilst offline, the details can be saved and sent when you next launch the app with an active internet connection.

Set Alerts
Choose when you want to remind guests of your upcoming event.

Repeating Events
If you meet regularly, you can set a repeating event so you do not need to resend the same details every time. You can cancel individual instances of a repeating event and guests can change their status separately for each instance.

Duplicate Events
You can easily create a duplicate of any Zapplan event, which saves you the hassle of re-entering details.

Themes
Select an optional theme to personalise your event. More themes will be added in future updates.

Real-time
Receive updates as and when your guests respond. Events you receive from your friends will appear in your inbox immediately.

Co-hosts
Add participants as co-hosts so they can update the event or invite additional guests.

Drafts
If you're not ready to send your event, you can save it as a draft and send it at a later date.

Archive
Your past events will automatically get moved to an Archive where you can continue to view event details and send chat messages with other guests.

Delivery Receipts
You can see which of your Zapplan friends have received your event.

Single Sign-on
Once you sign in to Zapplan by verifying your phone number, you can start using the app and don't need to worry about signing in again.
