BALANCE PROFILE
Gain insights on what is impacting your postural stability with the 6 Pillars of Balance. The 6 Pillars of Balance are: SLEEP, MEDICATION, MOOD, MEDICAL CONDITIONS, FITNESS, and STRENGTH. Fill out your balance profile questions to understand what lifestyle factors may be helping, hurting, or hindering your balance.

PERSONALIZED BALANCE PLAN
Get balance advice tailored to your balance profile to guide your journey to improving your balance.
If something changes in your 6 Pillars of Balance, your postural stability can be affected.
You can use the app on its own to learn more about how your lifestyle affects your balance, and you can also add your balance measurements from ZIBRIO’s range of Stability Scales (at home or in your doctor’s office).

MEASURE YOUR BALANCE

The ZIBRIO BalanceCoach App connects to the ZIBRIO Stability scale via Bluetooth to sync with your scale as you stand for a quick 60-second balance test. You will see a countdown timer during the balance test. When the test is complete, the app will show your score and percentile. Your score will determine your risk of falling in the next 12 months.

View your balance history and gain insights into your balance over time. The ZIBRIO BalanceCoach makes it easy to keep an eye on important changes in your balance via the graph view of your history. The app conveniently imports scores from balance tests taken with the Stability scale. You can also input your score manually if you checked your balance with another Stability scale or in a clinical setting.
