Zilch Workout

Zilch workout is a free indoor cycling app for pairing with your smart trainer.

Just want to pedal away? Control your smart trainer with ease and create custom workouts that can transit smoothly from ERG to SIM and vice versa. Choose free rides in ERG or SIM modes and away you go! This app supports both FTMS and ANT+-BLE modes. Connect your power meters, speed and cadence devices and heart rate sensors to have further insights on your rides.

Logged in users can sync to STRAVA seamlessly after each session. Or you can export TCX and manually upload to STRAVA or other workout apps such as Garmin Connect. Plan your workout in advance and set notifications on your upcoming sessions while keeping tab on your previous efforts.
