They can help you improve your performance, keep your weight under control, and help you build a healthy and energetic lifestyle. Continue to accumulate points and know your work intensity as soon as you activate your bracelet. The app is compatible with all Uptivo heart rate sensors (chest or arm) to provide precise exercise tracking. Monitor your workouts through the Zone Revolution app. It provides real-time information on your session so that you can easily adjust your effort according to your training objectives (actual heart rate, HR training zone, duration or number of calories burned, etc.). The Zone Revolution application automatically syncs each new workout with your personal account to provide a complete overview of your progress with daily and weekly reports, as well as precise and detailed analysis of all your workouts. Take advantage of the Zone Revolution app to review previous sessions. Go through the calendar, find the session you want, and review the duration and performance levels to use as benchmarks for your progress. Evaluate your fitness level and progress. The app offers an easy-to-use fitness test to assess your current fitness level and get an immediate score based on recovery time. Run the test every 6-8 weeks to track your progress! Your personal profile information is available online and accessible from any platform through a web browser or directly from the Zone Revolution application. You can view and edit your personal information, add a new photo to your profile, and update your biometrics. The app is available for Apple Watch (watchOS 5 or greater). The app receives heart rate data through Apple Health when using the Apple Watch.
