Requesting a Zoop and tracking your delivery is easy:
• Open the app and set a pick up and drop off location.
• Once you’ve confirmed the order you can choose payment options between Cash or Credit Card.
• A runner will be assigned to your delivery.
• Track your driver’s location on the map in real-time.
• Once the deliveries are done your driver will take your signature on their app and make payment (if cash).
• Your receipt will be sent by email.
