2.记录了运维工作人员的工单处理进度和工单状态，运维人员可以通过此app查看所在区域或时间内的工单消息列表和设备详情信息。
3.除了设备工单外，还能对全网连接的设备进行管理操作。
4.对运维中的路由器设备进行重启、修改SSID、快速配置上网（宽带拨号、静态IP、动态IP）和测速等操作。
