What is it about?

As ridesharing becomes more of America's daily way to commute, it appears that larger companies have sacrificed quality customer service for company profit. Therefore, Zzoome was developed to ensure that customers are placed first and drivers are taken care of and earn proper income. Zzoome is an Atlanta-based ridesharing company working to ensure drivers are able to receive a fair commission. As the team works to launch operations, we are committed to quality customer service and driver satisfaction. Our unique business model benefits both the drivers and passengers utilizing the platform. Passengers are allowed to register a subscription as frequent users OR on an as-needed basis. Drivers can make an initial, upfront payment which will allow them to earn 100% profit because we feel that drivers deserve their full commission and this is why we developed a concept of only charging drivers a flat monthly or weekly fee. This model allows them to generate income without deducting extraneous costs from their earnings. Our primary servicing area is in Atlanta. We will be expanding to other areas but would like to establish ourselves as a mainstay within the city and put our efforts into bringing back customer satisfaction for both drivers and passengers. We are excited to introduce ourselves to the public as we use this new approach to positively impact the community.
