It is perfect for busy people, because it has a high efficiency rate with a relatively small amount of time needed to perform it. This application by issuing voice commands leads you through the entire workout from start to the very finish.

HICT (High Intensity Circuit Training) is a workout that is focused on effects. For the exercises you need only a simple chair or a platform. You workout just with your own bodyweight that’s why this training can be conducted by anyone regardless of skills and abilities.

Of course, people with higher physical abilities can perform the entire circuit two, or even three times, which will further increase the effectiveness of the training.

Please note, that the only thing that is required in this workout is a general good state of health, especially of the heart, so it is recommended to consult with your doctor before attempting such a workout if you have any doubts. Before training it is recommended to conduct a short warm-up and stretching after the completion of all exercises.
