Health and fitness is the most essential part of old age. Therefore, exercise and training should be a mandatory part of seniors routine.
Ordinary strength and fitness training workouts are not very suited to seniors, and we felt the need of a dedicated app with workouts best suited to seniors. And here we are with the beta release of our Workout app for seniors. We are constantly working to improve and enhance our app to bring best fitness and training content for our senior citizens.
