Just in time for the premiere of “Oz the Great and Powerful” in theaters on Friday, Disney has just released its official iOS tie-in game. The game, which Disney developed with Temple Run creator Imangi Studios, is called — drum roll, please — Temple Run: Oz.

Of course, this isn’t the first collaboration between Disney and Imangi. That would be the “Brave” tie-in game Temple Run: Brave, which was updated just a few days ago.

Also, the release of Temple Run: Oz is hardly surprising, unlike the out-of-nowhere release of Temple Run 2 last January. A month ago, the then imminent launch of Temple Run: Oz was let slip by a Disney France PR representative, who tweeted that the game would be released on Feb. 27.

But it turned out that the endless running game would be released nearly a week after, that is, today.
