About a year since its launch in the App Store, Facebook Pages Manager has just been updated to version 2.0.

Facebook Pages Manager is one of Facebook’s standalone apps for iOS. In addition to its main iOS client simply called Facebook, the social networking giant has Facebook Messenger, Facebook Camera, Facebook Poke, and this.

This app, as its name suggests, is dedicated to the management of Facebook pages. If you’re an admin of at least one Facebook page, you can use Facebook Pages Manager to post updates and photos as well as interact with your page subscribers through comments and private messages.

And with Facebook Pages Manager 2.0, you can now post photos using filters and an auto-enhancement option, which have long been available in the main Facebook app.

You can now also send messages with emoji or stickers, also already available in the main Facebook app and in Facebook Messenger.

On top of that, Facebook Pages Manager 2.0 is said to be faster and easier to use. In particular, page timeline scrolling is speedier. Moreover, opening photos is quicker and closing them is a breeze with only a downward swipe.

Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 5.0 or later, Facebook Pages Manager 2.0 is available now in the App Store for free.
