Photo Editor by Aviary has just been updated to version 3.0, thereby gaining full support for iOS 7 and a fresh coat of paint inspired by the new operating system.
Photo Editor by Aviary has long been one of the best photo-editing apps for iOS. And now, with its 3.0 update, it has become even better.
First and foremost, Photo Editor by Aviary 3.0 introduces a redesigned user interface that perfectly embraces the visual style of iOS 7.
“We’ve completely redesigned the app based on iOS 7 design principles,” the Aviary team notes. “It’s crisp, clear, beautiful and fluid, while making sure that the most important things – your photos – are at the very heart of the whole experience.”
Photo Editor by Aviary 3.0 also introduces a new in-app Supply Shop. Seemingly patterned after Apple’s new App Store app, the Supply Shop lets you browse all of Aviary’s premium effects, frames, and stickers, unlockable by packs via in-app purchase.
The new version of Photo Editor by Aviary also brings localization support for Arabic, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, and Turkish, in addition to English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
It also brings support for sharing photos via Sina Weibo and Tencent Weibo, in addition to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and email. Note that with this update, Flickr and Tumblr have apparently been removed from the app’s supported sharing networks.
Photo Editor by Aviary 3.0 is available now in the App Store for free. The app is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 7.
