Hike Messenger Updated With iOS 7 Redesign, 2-Way Chat Themes And More

March 3, 2014
Hike Messenger — one of the cross-platform messaging apps competing with the likes of WhatsApp and Line — has just been updated for iOS 7. Of course, the app's iOS 7 update brings about a redesign featuring a simpler and flatter interface. In addition, the update introduces chat themes to Hike. As a result, you can now set a theme for each of your chatrooms. You can choose from a variety of patterns for your chat themes. Note that chat themes in Hike are two-way, meaning that any chat theme change is applied for both you and your friend, regardless of who initiates the change. The new version of Hike also features a couple of new sticker packs (I Love You and Hot Heads) and includes some bug fixes. Optimized for iPhone and iPod touch running iOS 7.0 or later, the new version of Hike Messenger is available now in the App Store for free.
