AOL: Mail, News, Weather & Video goes 2.0 with new mail enhancements

AOL has just updated its official mail, news, weather and video app to version 2.0 with several significant enhancements, albeit focused only on the app's mail component.
AOL: Mail, News, Weather & Video 2.0 adds support for push notifications for new email messages as well as breaking news. It also features a unified list of AOL contacts and device contacts. Moreover, it boasts streamlined navigation throughout the app and introduces swipe gestures for easy inbox management.

Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 6.0 or later, AOL: Mail, News, Weather & Video 2.0 is available now on the App Store for free. AOL: Mail, News, Weather & Video was released for iPad in June last year. It was updated with universal support for iPhone and iPod touch in October and a new design for iOS 7 last May.
