Classic iOS game Doodle Jump updated with a new pirates theme
Ahoy mateys! Timeless iOS game Doodle Jump has just been updated to version 3.11 featuring a new pirates theme.
Here’s the complete list of improvements from the release notes:
There be a motherload of glorious new features awaitin’ yer plunder, mateys:
– Swinging rope ladders fer hoistin’ yourself up. Blimey!
- Cannons! Fire in the hole!
– Booty! Find a treasure map and follow the trail to chests of gold.
– Power! Spend gold to rank up from Cabin Boy to Captain of the ship.
- Scurvy dogs! Use yer weapon to send these scallywags to Davy Jones’ locker.
There are two different versions of the game available to download now on the App Store. The iPhone/iPod touch version is $0.99 while the HD edition for the iPad/iPad mini is $2.99.
If you want to try the game out before buying there are two free and feature limited versions of the app as well – Doodle Jump Free and Doodle Jump HD Free.
