The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus don’t officially arrive until Friday. That hasn’t stopped images taken with the 5.5-inch Plus model from being published online. They were taken during an NFL game and at the U.S. Open.
NFL Showcase
On Sunday, Sports Illustrated photographer David Klutho published a series of photos taken during the Titans-Vikings NFL game. The images include in-game action shots, pre-game moments, and more. The images were quickly promoted by Apple CEO Tim Cook on Twitter.

The U.S. Open
Over at the U.S. Open in New York, ESPN’s Landon Nordeman took action shots using the larger iPhone 7. These too were promoted by Cook.
The iPhone 7 Plus features two different cameras – a 12-megapixel telephoto and wide-angle version. It offers optical zoom at 2x, a first for any iOS device.
