Introduced back in August, Instagram’s Stories is a bonafide hit. The Snapchat-like feature is being accessed by more than 100 million Instagram users per day.

Stories in the Explore tab are from users you don't follow.

If you haven’t heard, Stories don’t appear on the normal Instagram profile Grid or feed. Stories from people you follow will appear in a bar at the top of the app before your feed. When there’s something new, the profile photo will be surrounded with a colorful ring.

There’s no way to directly comment on a story – you’ll need to send a private message using Instagram Direct.

Video and images posted to Stories can be customized with text and drawing tools and will disappear after 24 hours.

And that feature has now made a move to the Explore tab starting today.

Personalized to your interests, it will show Stories from people you don’t yet follow.
