The latest beta version of iOS 10.1 is here. Registered developers can download the fourth version of the software over-the-air or through Apple’s Developer Center.
Great use of the iPhone 7 dual-lens camera
The major new feature in the software is Portrait mode for iPhone 7 Plus users. Demonstrated at the special media event in September, the feature will automatically blur out the background while keeping the subject of the photo in focus. The look is also known as the bokeh effect.
We’ll let you know if we find any notable new features in this version of the software.
Earlier today, Apple released iOS 10.0.3 for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus users. It fixed previous cellular connectivity issues.
