Little-Endian (little-endian encoding) is a byte order specification, which means that when multi-byte data is stored in memory, the lower bytes of ‌ are stored at the lower address end, and the higher bytes are stored at the higher address end ‌. Network protocols (such as TCP/IP) use Big-Endian (high-byte priority), while Intel processors use Little-Endian (low-byte priority).
This application mainly provides data encoding and decoders centered on non-ASCII characters, aiming to parse and encode non-ASCII characters through the core method, and ultimately generate encoded data that users can directly use in the Little-Endian mode. Specifically, it includes: decompiling (decoding) the Little-Endian encoded data and exporting the plaintext; Perform Little-Endian encoding on non-ASCII characters and export the ciphertext; Encode non-ASCII characters in [Little-Endian + MIME] format; Encode and encrypt non-ASCII characters using [Little-Endian + SHA].
