In the digital cabinet it is possible to view information about all seafarers' documents in the Unified State Register:


- documents confirming the crew member's fitness to work on seagoing vessels in terms of health condition;
- seafarer's identity documents obtained from the diploma and passport departments of the Seaport Harbour Master's Service;
- seafarer's service record books obtained from the Seafarers' Training and Certification Inspectorate;
- available "working papers" obtained from the diploma and passport departments of the Seaport Harbour Master's Service;
- information on applications submitted by a seafarer to the Seafarers' Training and Certification Inspectorate for the purpose of taking examinations at state qualification boards;

In the Seafarer's office it is possible to add existing documents and submit an application:

- for the examinations at the state qualification commissions;
- to receive a seafarer's record book;
- to receive qualification documents in the diploma and passport departments of the Seaport Harbour Master's Office.

A seafarer's personal account provides members of sea crews and seafarers with easy access and possibility of remote management of working documents. Login to the personal cabinet is available if you are:

- A cadet or trainee of maritime educational institutions;
- A certified seafarer who has confirmed his/her qualification as a seafarer;
- an officer of the command staff and crew of seagoing ships.

The Seafarer's Cabinet is in trial operation mode.
